RETURN/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds from Strategia risparmio s.r.o. are only available for cases that conclude without achieving a successful resolution. Successfully resolved cases are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Processing Time: Strategia risparmio s.r.o. commits to processing refunds within 30 days of case closure.
Refund Payment Method: Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction. No alternative payment methods will be accepted for processing refunds.
Refund Request Procedure: Clients requesting refunds must submit a formal request through a support ticket to Strategia risparmio s.r.o. The request should include the following details:

A concise explanation for the refund request.
Any additional information supporting your request.
Upon receiving the request, Strategia risparmio s.r.o. will conduct a thorough review. If the request is approved, a refund will be issued.

Refund Guarantee: Refunds are not guaranteed under all circumstances. Strategia risparmio s.r.o. reserves the right to refuse any refund request based on its review.
Refund Availability: Refunds are only available for cases that end without a successful resolution.
Refund Processing Period: If there is a delay beyond the 30-day processing period, clients should contact the Strategia risparmio s.r.o. support team for assistance.
Payment Method for Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For example, payments made via credit card will be refunded to the same credit card. Refunds to different accounts or payment methods are not allowed.
Liability for Transaction Fees: Clients are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by third-party service providers, including payment processors and cryptocurrency platforms, in the event of a refund.

The aim of Strategia risparmio s.r.o.’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing policy is to detect, prevent, and reduce potential risks of the company being implicated in illegal activities.
Financial institutions and related entities, such as cryptocurrency exchanges, often encounter attempts at money laundering and terrorist financing. Anti-money laundering (AML) refers to laws, regulations, and procedures designed to stop criminals from disguising illegally obtained funds as legitimate income. Terrorist financing involves providing support to terrorists, whether through fundraising, use and possession of funds, or funding arrangements.
Strategia risparmio s.r.o. closely monitors any activities that could be related to money laundering or terrorist financing. To comply with international and local regulations, Strategia risparmio s.r.o. has established effective internal procedures to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, drug and human trafficking, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, corruption, and bribery, and to act on any suspicious activities from its clients.

Strategia risparmio s.r.o. has appointed a Compliance Officer responsible for implementing the company’s AML policy, including but not limited to the activities listed below.
Verification Procedure
Before any customer can access and benefit from Strategia risparmio s.r.o.’s services, their identity must be verified. To combat terrorism funding and money laundering, the law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or entity seeking to trade with us. We must ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information about you, your organization, or persons related to your organization to identify you before conducting business.
Customers deemed higher risk by Strategia risparmio s.r.o. may undergo more extensive investigations, which could involve requesting additional information and extending the verification period.
Strategia risparmio s.r.o. reserves the right to verify customer identities on an ongoing basis, particularly if identification information changes or activities appear suspicious (unusual for a particular user). Additionally, the company reserves the right to request current documents from the customer, even if previously authenticated.
Customer identification information will be collected, stored, shared, and protected in strict accordance with Strategia risparmio s.r.o.’s Privacy Policy and related regulations.
Assessment of Risk
To fulfill its AML and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) obligations, Strategia risparmio s.r.o. has adopted a risk-based approach to identify, assess, and understand the money laundering and terrorist financing risks it faces and implement appropriate mitigation measures based on the level of risk.
Risk Categories:
1. Risk by Customers:
– Suspicious factors include, but are not limited to, discrepancies in provided ID documents, fictitious persons, stolen identities, counterfeit ID documents, post box home addresses, previous financial crime records, terrorist records, wanted persons, lack of contact phone numbers, invalid documents, and discrepancies in provided documents for legal entities.
– PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) include, but are not limited to, individuals holding prominent public functions such as heads of state or government, ministers and deputy ministers, members of parliament, members of governing bodies of political parties, supreme court members, members of courts of auditors or central bank boards, ambassadors, high-ranking military officers, members of state-owned enterprise boards, and directors or board members of international organizations, excluding middle-ranking or junior officials.
2. Risk by Countries:
– The Anti-Money Laundering Directive imposes stricter due diligence requirements for business relationships or transactions involving high-risk third countries. This includes obtaining additional information on the customer and beneficial owner, sources of funds and wealth, reasons for the transaction, and obtaining senior management approval to establish or continue the relationship.
Monitoring of Customer Activities
To understand its customers, Strategia risparmio s.r.o. conducts ongoing and retrospective monitoring to detect any fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful activities. The company monitors all transactions, thoroughly investigates each suspicious activity, and, if necessary, reports it to the respective authorities or takes other restrictive measures to prevent money laundering or terrorist financing. Strategia risparmio s.r.o. may request additional information and documents from users in case of suspicious transactions. The company will suspend or terminate business with clients if there is reasonable suspicion of their involvement in illegal activities.
Reporting of Suspicious Activities to Respective Authorities
In line with its AML Policy and applicable legal acts, Strategia risparmio s.r.o. will report any activities suspected of being money laundering or terrorist financing to the respective authorities as needed. The company will not disclose any information about such reports and will not address any related inquiries.
